Definitely recommend

This book was a great read/listen. The narrator does a great job of presenting Dr.lemans work . I don't have any children at all but this book has helped set a foundation to work on as far as being a good father when that presents itself.

This made real clear and pointed all the things you feel and know that you should be doing, but often don't do as much as I should. At least for me, I knew in the back of my mind that it was important to show and tell my daughters I love them, but I've been doing it a whole lot more since listening to the book.

Helped me think in a more involved way

I have one daughter who is my only child and want to be the best dad I can. This book helped me look at the relationship I have with my daughter in different ways. Questions I didn't know I had were evolved in my mind and then put to action due to this author's multiple female offspring. Good book but don't let it take you down a negative path thinking it's too late to change. Finish the entire book and apply what you've learned from it into your life it seems to help.
