Aaron is dead, but there is no time to mourn as he is quickly reborn in a human-made paradise. In this utopia there is no sickness, no drudgery, and no pain. Here, individuals have perfect freedom. Aaron is hastily sentenced to purgatory, a place meant to destroy resistance, and where he must face his greatest temptations. Finding a way to escape, Aaron embarks on one final attempt to leave paradise in order to reach heaven.
