First things first: congratulations! Taking the GRE means that you're seriously thinking about a graduate degree. That takes some serious dedication, my friend. Now the bad news: this test - the only thing holding you back from that advanced degree in German, International Policy, or Genomics and Genetics - is going to make you think about (and use!) a whole bunch of stuff you haven't given any serious consideration since high school. Don't panic! If you'll take this thing seriously (and we know you will), and take us with you wherever you go, we promise to bring the best our experts have to offer and get you ready to net the GRE score you need. And then, the only thing left to do is don those shades, buddy, because you’ll be looking into a bright, bright future.

I downloaded this audiobook thinking that since it explicitly states that it is the "2011" version that it would help prepare me for the revised GRE (which made dramatic changes in August of this year). Unfortunately this is not the case--the book describes strategies that would be useful only in the older version of the test (for instance, it describes in detail that you can not go back and change answers within a section, while this is flat out no longer true).

It seems like it would have been useful for the old version of the test, but now that so many changes have been made to not only the question types themselves but to the basic structure of the test it is just not worth it.

Honestly I feel misled and shortchanged, and I want to warn everyone else about this issue.

This is NOT meant for the 2011 version of the GRE.
