I love it so dearly!

Oh yes yes yes this easily beats the school for good and evil! I love good great good fairy tales there was something I was supposed to tell author something (but don't)..... have you ever been at that moment where you forgot something to tell someone I just did it again but anyway

Short but sweet

It was very short but very enjoyable to experience where all of the magic of the Disney version came from! :)

Beauty before Disney's Beast

The story of "Beauty and the Beast" has always been one of my favourites.The theme of the true nature of beauty is so strikingly illustrated in this story. Unfortunately Disney reinterpreted the story and changed it that this jewel was lost. It was a pleasant surprise see that Audible has made available the "original" story.

I initially thought that Sara Barnett is a little girl reading the story. Her melodious unusual voice complemented the story nicely.

If you like classic fairy tales you must own this story. It will transfer you to a magical realm away from the issues of this world until you find the beauty in your beasts.

AN AMAZING BOOK!!

I grew up with the little mermaid and beauty and the beast...this was definitely a different route to the story. ..but I loved it! I recommend this book to the adult whos still young at heart!!

Horrible Narration

What would have made Beauty and the Beast better?

The story is a great one, but the narration was horrendous. A different narrator would have made this better. My daughter could not even finish this audiobook, as the narrator's voice was too grating and irritating.
