Beauty and the Teenage Beast

Belinda is a normal teenage girl living in Idaho . . . until she discovers a magic door in her bedroom that opens to a fairytale land called Fenmore Falls. One fateful day, she takes her younger sister, Hallie, through the magic door to visit a rose garden. But Hallie accidentally damages the garden, bringing down the wrath of its owner, a moody young man called the Master, who hides in the shadows and never shows his face. Belinda sends Hallie back through the magic door just in time but is captured and ordered to repair the garden. During her stay at the Master's estate, Belinda (known in Fenmore Falls by her nickname Bella) is befriended by his stepbrother and two of the servants. After a rather awful encounter with the Master, whom Belinda privately refers to as ''the Beast,'' she runs away and gets lost in the woods. There, two thieves threaten to kidnap her, but she is saved by a handsome young man named Rylan who has come to visit his cousin, the Master. Belinda is taken back to the mansion. Rylan visits her while she works in the garden, but how can she like a guy who doesn't even live in Idaho? Soon Belinda discovers that everything is not what it seems especially when it comes to Rylan and the Master. As secrets unfold, she must put her stubbornness aside and open her heart to possibilities she never could have imagined.
