Keats also conceptualized beauty as truth and truth as beauty. He said, “Beauty is truth, beauty that is all ye know on earth, and all ye need to know. Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard are sweeter.”
Another famous English poet, William Wordsworth, said, “Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words. Painting is silent poetry, and poetry is painting that speaks. Poetry is the spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings: it takes its origin from emotion recollected in tranquillity.”
