We as a people depend upon our perception of reality for our survival. This concept resonates with most everyone.

Humans have a desperate need to believe in something, anything--the need to believe is the catalyst for our search for meaning.

This book attempts to answer such questions of how our beliefs enhance our physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Like the interiors of organisms contain complex cycles and material transformations driven by psychic energy. The inclusion of reality means that from some perspectives it resembles life.

Perception also differs from reality in significant ways. Although it has changed through time, it does not evolve in a Darwinian sense. Whereas reality is open, flow-through, it is a relatively closed-loop system. It exists according to its own levels of operating rules, on complex levels that are the subject of the everlasting fields of evocative imagery.
