Fantastic Read

This is the first time that I actually began to cry from an audiobook, the tragedie of Tyrions life hit me right in the feels.
The series is well written and Wyndham brings the whole thing to life.

This entire series has been fantastic

You should listen/read this entire Illiniel series in the order the author recommends starting with The Blacksmiths Son and ending with the Severed Realm. It’s awesome!

incredibly dark story . I loved the while trilogy. the reading was fantastic he sounds angry as rewired most of the time perfect for the story.

this entire series is riveting. It combines a interesting story with a complex emotional narrative that looks deep into the darkness that is hatred, while also exhibiting the power of love in all of its glory. But it is not a love story or a classic good and evil struggle. If anything it's a Greek tragedy. Simply put hot damn!

Most depressing book I’ve ever listened to, but very good! If you don’t mind getting your heart stomped on a little this is the book for you.
