Wonderfully insightful and unique

I enjoyed the weaving of autobiographical story and self help guided by research that made this book. It’s intellectual and practical. I love authors who can also read their own story and I could feel the author smiling with her voice as she read the story. Her voice is calming and reassuring. I loved everything about it. Tiffany really normalized talking to the dead (and I never thought I’d say that!)
