Palmer Arnold, RECALL Program Manager, is on a mission to discover who murdered John Faust, the previous RECALL Program Manager, and his secretary Mary Smart. With help from Ralph Kramden of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Walter Clooney a retired Department of Defense auditor, and Aaryn Faust, wife of the deceased RECALL PM; they will set out on an adventure to determine why the Government and possibly the Vatican are monitoring Earth and other Celestial bodies for signs of exotic dark matter.
