Fabulous book! Patricia’s journey is one we can all learn so much from as we desire to help our country and world heal and grow!

Reactionary, religious feminism is a tragically deformed and hideous offspring of the oppression and abuse of women.

Perhaps unfair to comment as I was offended early and was insufficiently inspired to listen to more. Nonetheless, I will offer this… Frankly, I am saddened and offended by this confession of sorts, which morphs into a diatribe that intentionally offends the very soul . The allusion the author makes in a dream to “an old black man” affirming the toxic conclusions of our victimized heroin betrays the facile misunderstanding and misinterpretation of black people, their oppression and their profoundly resilient, sophisticated and selfless spirituality which does not ascribe fault or blame nor heap obloquy upon God for the actions or formulation of an absolutionary theology, but an ability to properly divide the word of truth, separate the wheat from the chaff and disambiguate sinful man and divine salvific comforter and deliverer.
