Fantastic. I listened to it twice.

It starts a little super sciency but it comes together quickly and he goes into great detail about so many truly fundamental concepts. I couldn’t help but listen twice to several chapters.

This book was excellent at moving through the points of Health efficiently and powerfully. I am so grateful to have benefited from this incredible work. The practical to-do list as well as the notes about where the information came from whether it be studies, anecdotal, or observing the elders made the book engaging and gave hope for a brighter future beyond longevity. 100% recommend!

This book was well written! I appreciated covering topics like melatonin and hormones. I found Jason through my Franchises connection to his work! I love the overlap, the human longevity project adding years to our life! Personally, I learned about new topics I've never heard of. There were some outstanding facts to add to a well built foundation.

Inspiring, Motivating and Informative!

I loved this book. The beginning was a little slow and technical...but, it really was relevent context that was necessary as the book went on - the book got more and more interesting after the first chapter and I found myself binge listening! It is filled with both fascinating research and poignant, inspiring anecdotes. Jason's Prall's delivery is gentle and uplifting. I took notes in the beginning but halfway through decided I could just relax and enjoy the content because I am certain I am going to listen to the book again for a second time, it was *that* enjoyable! I highly recommend this book.
