Written towards the end of the author's life, it remains a classic in metaphysical writing, a quality shared by its equally famous sequel, The Yoga of the Christ.

take Westeen religion/Euro-Church&State influence out of the bible and find a Zen connection with the Christ Spirit of love and universal truths/energy.
