. . . common sense health tips, just a man sharing stories and his thoughts in order to make life better for human beings and increase awareness and expand and raise consciousness.

While the topics may have been discussed in other books, these were different discussions, coming at a different angle. For people interested in OBE, the positive and cheerful tips given are helpful.

For people interested in UFOs, there is information in here that isn't easy to find these days, giving leads into new (old) places or events to research.

As usual, fascinating and expanding. A series of books for a certain type of people who some might call "seekers" . . . this book series seem to be a type of catalyst.

I've read and listened to five or six Rampa books and loved them all until I got to this one. I wish I wouldn't have listened to it frankly. Instead of a sounding like a saintly old buddhist, he instead just sounds like a crotchety old man. I'd skip this one if I were you.
