Depressing

4 women and the 1st 5 chapters have no positives about any of them. Each one feels (or is) overweight. I get it, I'm overweight and it is a struggle to always choose the right kinds of food but they are way to down on themselves. I just wish there was something or anything that was inspiring or funny so I'd want to listen to the next chapter. I'd return it but I paid for the book instead of using a credit (cost effective).
