When the last Ukrainian flag falls and the world celebrates peace, journalist Rhonda Jensen uncovers the truth: the peace is staged.

In secret chambers beneath Jerusalem, a coalition of Western power brokers has authorized Operation Iron Crucible—a false-flag strike meant to frame Russia, fracture Europe, and resurrect NATO’s dying control.

After recording the meeting by chance, Rhonda becomes the most wanted woman alive. Fleeing across continents, she finds refuge inside Voron Base, where Russian operatives confirm her evidence and broadcast it to the world. What follows is not open war but collapse—the death of empires through revelation and silence.

As nations fracture and nuclear deception looms, a coded broadcast from the old UVB-76 station begins to pulse again: “The vulture sees.”

Project Black Vulture is a high-intensity geopolitical thriller of truth, betrayal, and redemption—where the quietest signal on earth ignites the loudest reckoning in history.

This is an unusual story. Complex. Many layered. Mark Heimann's performance kept it alive for me. He maintained a steady beat of drama and provided the appropriate amount of dread to this dark vision of the future.
