Audio books--- what a great solution for someone who loves books but no time to sit and read. I have listened to literally hundreds of books over the last 5 years and I am very particular about what I will listen to.
I just recently started to listen to books that are full of suspense, intrigue, and that have a reader who bring the story to life.
The Author Morgan Quaid created a story of a character who is driven, strong, who doesn't quite even when she is close to death. She is committed to a cause that makes a difference and she is not afraid to do her job!!
When I read a book, it is sometimes hard to imagine how the characters would sound or feel.
This reader Cristal Underwood literally brought this story to life. I could feel what the characters were feeling and seeing. I could feel how they felt at every twist and turn of this story.
I will be looking forward to book two of this series. Also I will be looking for anything else that the Author Morgan Quaid writes. And I will for sure be watching for anything the Reader (Cristal Underwood) will be narrating, because it will be worth listening to for sure!
