Jane Cleland Does It Again!

With an endearing protagonist, a cast of fully drawn characters, and a complex, twisty plot, BLOOD RUBIES has to be one of my favorite Jane Cleland mysteries so far. The information about Faberge eggs and gentlemen's gadget canes was woven so skillfully into the story, I didn't miss a beat. And the satisfying conclusion has me itching to find out more about the wonderful Josie Prescott.

The story is ok and the characters are well developed, but, it's not my favorite series.
