Even in her short stories, Sayers’ gift is always an entertaining, but thoughtful, “read.” A quick treat!

Always awesome

Loved the narration, and enjoyed the “ride” (the story). I wasn’t sure where it was going, but was constantly wanting to see what would happen next. Not a typical whodunnit by any means, and for that reason alone, in my opinion, it was quite engaging!

Enjoyed a lot

I thought I'd read every one of Dorothy Sayers' short stories. I'm glad I didn't miss this wonderfully woven little tale. As always with Sayers the writing is superb, the characters vivid, and the story riveting.

Well performed, but it's not among the better short stories of Dorothy L. Sayers.
I've read, and listened to, a number of DLS short fictions. This one, I regret to say, was far from her best. I bought it, I listened through it, but it really wasn't worth my time nor its price.
It's very possible that others might like it more than I did, but for me it wasn't a winner.

Not one of Sayers' best short stories, in my opinion
