Old Style Crime Mystery Meets Modern Medical Science

I loved the creative characters—their rich dialogue and interactions. The plot of smaller-scale medical researchers using genetic engineering/stem cell technology to find a cure for cancer (among other things), coupled with big pharma’s attempts to thwart its release seems plausible. The plot twists and surprising ending make this a fun reading experience.
