Officer Joe Lawler and partner Mick Finnegan deal daily with code calls for drug overdoses, street crime, alleyway and hotel thefts in and around Las Vegas, but now a more sinister crime has come to town. The number of missing girls has exploded. The increase in human trafficking has become a veritable epidemic in what's known as 'Disneyland' for adults or 'Glitter Gulch'.

The Nevada officers have their ups and downs and professional itches to scratch, facing a complex case rife with evil, overloaded with fentanyl, casinos, city hall, mountainous terrain, a visiting circus, all as the wicked comes to ‘Fun City’.

These heinous crimes have become a bludgeon over the authorities as the newscasts play the stats day and night. Chief Gabe Lewis puts Joe, Mick, and undercover cop Norma on the case, as law enforcement can’t let these crimes go unchecked or unsolved.
