Good primer. Brief and to the point. Not an extensive review or resource though.

The explanation of how the Board of Directors should work is easy to understand. As a small business owner I've been forming corporations and building a financial team I recommend all of my business partners to understand my goals by reviewing these same audio books by Deaver Brown.

Provides plenty to think about. Primarily aimed at for-profit board members and wannabes, but much carries over to not-for-profits.

Interesting book, quiet short but has a few tips which are quite useful, i would rate it a 4 out of 5.
