Nonverbal communication skills such as mirroring, listening, and small talk are just a few topics we will cover in this elaborate book. These topics as well as other ones, such as flirting, job interviews, and socializing, are the basis for the broader concept of body language.

To top it all off, the audiobook will list a number of tips to reduce social anxiety - something we all suffer from in some small degree and some more than others.

How do we listen better? How do you get people to like you better? What should we say? How can we basically read what another person is thinking?

These are questions everyone has asked himself or herself every so often. And the answers are right here, in this audiobook.

I encourage you to not hold yourself back any longer and make that knowledge fly off the narration into your ever-learning, intelligent brain.

I don't know how many times I've caught someone trying to say something else than what their body language tells me, or straight up lying, hiding something, or not finding the right words. It's books like this that shed more light on those human strengths and weaknesses. Thank you, author, thank you narrator for not making me read it but instead being able to listen to it.

I got another book from the same author, and both complement each other. So yes, I'm not sure if this is the first or second book in the series, but they actually cover two different topics both still related to body language. That's why I think it's okay to get both, and I did.
