ai narration destroys story

this book seems to be dynamic and layered but I can't get past the AI narration. All scenes with the same tone of voice. I'll try again if it gets proper narration.

Could Not Finish- Where is the story line

I could not get into this one. There is no character or story line development. It starts in the middle with no explanation of what is happening or why. The writing is choppy and does not use complete sentences or good sentence structure. The author writes like that keep getting distracted from what they were talking about in the first place like "oh look a squirl" and then never get back on track with the story line. There is way too much detailed description of scenery. MC takes a couple steps, describes scenery, MC sees a bird, better describe scenery again to make sure the reader has not forgotten and on and on like this. The pause every 5 seconds to describe scenery is also done mid spicy parts. 5 chapters in and no idea what is going on in the story or with the characters, but I can describe every pebble by the lake, every ripple in the water and all the different moon phases. I have never just not finished a book before, but I just can't with this one.
