Nearly two years after the fall, the survivors strive to make new lives for themselves in the Primal wasteland. With no government institutions and over 80 percent of the population gone, it is a cold and harsh new world.

To the north, a new evil rises; one that threatens the survival of them all. A man intent on cleansing the earth of not only the Primal virus, but also anything else that stands between him and his goals of a new dictatorship.

With the threat of death and the destruction of their new way of life, Brad Thompson and his band of brothers are drawn to take up arms against an enemy far greater than the Primals. In a world without law, a land where survivors are victimized, their small group of men stand between freedom and annihilation.

Couple of years post zombie outbreak. The world is in ruin. The USA has been broken into factions, where peaceful trade between existed now it's time for war. These aren't your run of the mill zombies either (though those are present too) this has alpha level zombies, they think they coordinate they hunt in packs they use the other zombies as cannon fodder. Get ready for a zombie apocalypse org a real bite to it. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.

Debated on whether to give the story a 3 or a 4. Wish I could give half stars, as I'd give this one a 3.5. This is the first book by W.J. Lundy that I've experienced and that right there was the problem. When I first started listening I didn't realize this was the 7th book in the series. (yeah I know it's right there in the title, lol, but I must have missed it) The story is full of action, but I couldn't help but feel I was missing out on a ton of info. The infected play a small role in this book, but without reading/listening to the previous books I didn't have a firm understanding on who they were or what had happened during the previous 2 years since the apocalypse started. That being said, even without knowing the complete history of what had come before Bound by Honor was still quite enjoyable and now I am curious to go back and see what happened.

Bound by Honor was narrated by Andrew B. Wehrlen and once again he does an excellent job bringing life to the story. Andrew is definitely among my top ten favorite narrators.
