Paul is surprised by a visit from, Shirley MacLaine, a famous star of movies and Broadway while he is on the cross.
Following his recurring dream, a Jewish boy in Montana defies family and convention appears on a cross in his aunt’s front yard and draws an eclectic group of people to him. The act angers some of his classmates startles others and endears him to a few. Jerimiah and his aunt visit Paul after he recuperates from being shot three times.

Upon coming home from the hospital, Paul is at a restaurant and receives a note from a young woman pole dancer who is trapped in prostitution and into a blackmail scheme. She seeks Paul’s help to escape the quagmire of crime and finds she must change her identity if she wishes to survive.

Under hypnosis, Paul discovers during his NDE he has had a conversation with Jesus.

A group of women belonging to a book club are reading a Seth book and request the author, Jane Roberts, to be a guest speaker. Jane agrees that the women can get Paul to be present to exchange thoughts and experiences with Seth, the entity that uses Jane’s body to share his wisdom.
