Books like this can help us gain greater understanding of what are minds are capable of. First of all, I loved the fact that the placebo effect is finally addressed. I know of too many health product scams and it's becoming more prevalent. Interesting take from the author to say that the placebo can actually work, and to find out what we can do to take advantage of it.

I liked the other parts of the book too, but this was the most interesting thing. Other than that, good voice, good narrator.

This is interesting

Yeah, what can I say about it? Just that I learned a lot of new things, I guess. I was pretty excited about it, but now I don't really know what to say. Either way, I like it. That's the most important thing to say about it.

Great book

OMGOSH! This first chapter talks about serotonin which probably gets mentioned about 73 times.
I just started chapter 2 and it has already put me to sleep!!!!
I guess if you can get past these chapters it might be ok but I’m ready to move on.
I just can’t get myself to listen it anymore.

BORING!
