As the mother of a young adult with ADHD, I was eager to listen to this. The framework of looking at ADHD as a superpower rather than a disorder is something that I have had my son live by for nearly 20 years. I love the idea of breaking tasks down in chunks so they don't seem overwhelming. Time blindness is a real thing and I never had a phrase for it until now. This book has tons of great guidance on the ADHD and OCD world. Thumbs up.

“Brains Wired for Brilliance ADHD + OCD Power Collection” by Eric Von Jares is a thoughtful and empowering guide that focuses on turning neurodiversity into a genuine source of strength. I appreciated how clearly the material is organized, especially the sections that explain ADHD traits like hyperfocus and emotional intensity in simple, relatable terms. The chapter on reframing thinking stood out the most to me. What I liked most is that it didn’t just focus on ADHD but also included really useful tips for OCD. My son has ADHD, and the idea of using hyperfocus as a strength made a big difference for him, especially with schoolwork. At the same time, the part about spotting OCD patterns and creating routines that don’t lead to burnout was something I shared with my brother, who deals with that daily. Having both sets of tools in one place felt practical and encouraging, and it gave us different strategies we could each actually use.

Practical for both ADHD and OCD
