THE BEST STORYTELLER EVER

Kitty really knows how to tell a great story with just the right amount of hyperbole. Her self-deprecating humor balances her barbs at those situations and characters that may have irked her. She keeps things more than interesting with her comedic timing and delivery. I LOVED Kitty’s vocal characterizations of the people she came across in her life and in her imagination. Her voice was engaging, endearing, and clear throughout the entire audiobook, unlike some others that are regrettably unintelligible at times. I appreciated her vocabulary so much, as well as her articulation of that vocabulary. I have listened to this book over and over in my car and it makes for a very enjoyable ride. Kitty Flanagan is my new favorite comedian. WELL DONE, Kitty.

Kitty is a hidden gem!

I recently discovered Kitty Flanagan when I randomly stumbled upon her show Fisk, which is in Netflix in the US. OMG! I LOVE her! She is so funny, I just had to get her book. It will not disappoint. I love her sense of humor and she genuinely seems like a decent human being. Check out her book and check out her show Fisk, an Australian comedy TV show. I cant wait to listen to her other book!
