Growing up money was always a concern and I remember it being one of the most difficult topics in my family and for many of the other families growing up in the small city of Fall River, Massachusetts. When I understood that real estate was the key to wealth, I vowed that I would commit my life to figuring out how money and real estate worked so that one day I could share that knowledge with the people who would need it most.

Doing the audio version of this book I decided to add a bonus chapter at the end of the book where I describe the fundamental parts in real estate investing that are necessary for investors new and old to get a handle on. I am looking forward to sharing my insights with you on this journey together!

Exactly what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it!

Gualter’s story of a kid from Fall River, MA is a story we should all hear and take the time too appreciate. He didn't come from wealth or privilege in any way shape or form… he is someone who simply decided something different for himself and despite the hardships and challenges along the way, always choose to believe in his self and vision for what his future could one day be.

This book isn't some get rich quick scheme but a heartfelt understanding of what it takes mentally and emotionally to lift ourselves out of our deepest lows in life and transmute that energy into something greater.. into our dreams and to become the best versions of ourselves.
