A great read!

I really enjoyed this book even more than Donnie’s last. He shared a lot of great stories and lessons that he has learned along the way.

This is a great book for managers and owners of service companies. There are also resources you can download so you can easily implement the tools and strategies he mentions.

An excellent service business owners manual

This book gives a service business owner the foundation to either start a business or reorganize an existing service business. The step by step principles that the author lays out are easy to understand, especially with the stories he uses to get the points across. I needed this information 10 years ago for my pest control business. Great read and reference to keep near by.

Loveeee it!

This is one I plan on listening to over and over. No nonsense, thought provoking, practical ideas/systems to put into action that garner real results. Implementing “systems” into our business has been one of the greatest things we’ve done. And one of the single greatest mind shifts I personally, and we as a company have made. I’ve been able to slowly step away from day to day and focus on the “tree across the field.” I could listen to him all day. Wish he would write more books!

Required reading for any business owner

This is an excellent book and I highly recommend it! It’s a very pragmatic and actionable approach to running a service company.
