Never having hidden his resentment for his brothers, he now carves a bloody swathe through the galaxy in the Warmaster's name, with the Heresy providing a convenient excuse to indulge his love of brutal warfare. started off slow story wise, but the highlight is the two primarchs fighting together and the way it is conveyed does well to make you feel how epic it is.

I liked all of it, I loved the allusion to Khorne and the foreshadowing of what’s to come, the honor and glory still held by Kharn and even Angron having some lucidity and insight to his volatile and ever furious mind as well as the slow destruction of a warrior seeking his death. The performance was great but all the voice actors as well as being descriptive and the battles thus engaging. While not a a complaint and I think it wrapped up perfectly, I would have loved more insight and story around the character’s mainly more flashbacks or references. 9/10 A Recommend

It’s a great bloody book to read about the World Eaters. It adds depth to their story.
