Great resource BUT...

This is an excellent excellent resource for a US citizen living in the states with good credit and with around USD 50-150 k available to invest.

the book teaches you how to leverage SBA loans to buy income generating businesses using leverage and to this end is an excellent resource.

HOWEVER, if you are not American or have bad credit (i.e you can't access SBA finance) then the strategy employed and taught in this book may not work for you.

That said it's still an incredible read and worth it if only to get the concept in theory.. I'm American but ive lived outside the states almost my entire adult life so I don't have a US credit score making it hard for me to employ the strategy outlined in the book. That said it was a great mind opener and I'm so glad I listened to it.

Awesome book that will help you understand entrepreneurship through acquisition. I especially enjoyed the focus on introspection and buying the business that is right for you.

Concrete steps to finally pull the trigger

I have explored and dabbled in entrepreneurship as a side hustle during my entire adulthood but never took the big risk. This book gave me clarity and confidence that I can put together a plan to pursue having my own business earning a solid income from day 1.

Even for foreigners very valuable when living in other countries

Clear experience with little filling, loved the book coming from a mature business experience.

Very detail from how to start and how to go thru the whole process. Great recommendations for every step of the way.
