Great Read

Cake, Coincidences, and Casualties was a great read by Meredith Potts. Melody Clue is a private investigator who has worked on some of the weirdest cases. This next one is very unique to her. She has been hired to tail a fellow investigator. I enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read more by Meredith Potts.

Melody Clue is a private investigator who loves her job. Her one favorite thing to do in the morning before work is to hit the local bakery which is run by a long time friend. Nothing is as good as a lovely piece of ooey goodness. When she gets to work another friend is there to ask her to investigate a worker she has. Something isn't sitting right and she wants Melody to find out if her intuition is firing on all cylinders. Now Melody is on the case. Add into that a mother who is trying to get her a boyfriend or a husband Melody's life seems full.
Stephanie Quinn is a remarkable narrator who brings each character to life.
The audio is a short story but fascinating and totally enjoyable!

Another fun investigating story, really like the characters , can't wait for next one .

Good start to a new series

Feels like a good start to a new series of short cozy mysteries. Melody is a private investigator and her current assignment is to check on possible insurance fraud and a possibly crooked insurance investigator. While being good at her job, she and a friend commiserate about their dateless status and her mom keeps trying the blind date thing.
Stephanie Quinn gives this one a perky narration.

Entertaining listen

This is a short entertaining listen, a good amateur sleuth story. New characters. Melody Clue. Don't you love the name? Melody is on the case investigating insurance fraud for her friend. Good story and interesting characters, with some cake on the side.
