Gentle and powerful

What I love about Louise's Cancer book (and her approach in general) is how gentle and simple it is. Slips past the resistance and the love washes over till it sinks into the parts of us we've tried to hide from it. Lots of grateful tears and electrifying healing, listening to it over and over till I embrace it (and me).

Awesome meditation

Inter child exercise and forgiving parents by seeing them small was beautiful. Erasing old patterns from our memory and embracing change and abundance.

I need this because I'm at stage 4

I wish the piano had been softer than her voice. I am hard of hearing and missed hearing what she said when the piano drowned her out. It seemed like whoever was playing the piano wasn't tuned into the importance of what she was saying but only heard themselves playing and it's importance. A flute or violin might have been better background music accompaniment.

Very encouraging for people who are ill

I really like this book I think it will be helpful for anyone who is suffering from any type of disease.
