Mary Larkin was hard at work as the office manager at the Green Mountain Country Store when Cameron Murphy brought her dad, Patrick, in to visit. That fateful first meeting, which took place in You'll Be Mine, sets the stage for Mary and Patrick's long-awaited romance in Can't Buy Me Love!

Mary enjoys her predictable, satisfying life in Butler. If it's a little lacking in excitement, well, that's okay with her. But after meeting Patrick and getting to know him better at his daughter's wedding, Mary is intrigued by the well-known, sexy billionaire businessman.

Patrick is equally intrigued. For the first time since he suddenly lost his wife 30 years ago, he has met a woman who makes him feel less lonely, and all he wants is more of his Sweet Mary from Vermont. Flirty phone calls become a weekend away together that takes his relationship with Mary to the next level.

But with six hours and two vastly different lives standing between them, can Mary and Patrick find happily ever after together? And after telling her father to keep his hands and everything else off Mary, will Cameron approve of her father's new romance?

Brilliant as always. The way Ms. Force plot the story interwoven to her other previous books, I was reminiscing the others HEA while enjoying Patrick and Mary's story. It creates a very good background in my mind. I can't wait for the next one.

Brilliant!!!

Mary and Patrick finally found love after so many years! It's a breath of fresh air to have a love story about middle aged couples. Don't get me wrong I love all of Marie's books, but I believe this resonated with me more because of their ages. I will not be a spoiler, but highly recommend this book. I can't wait to see what Elmer and Linc are up to next!!
Another hit for Marie!

LOVE AT LAST

I have been meaning to finish this series and I finally took the leap. I really enjoyed the first book, and I love older characters so this book wasn’t a shock because of their age.

I really enjoyed the falling part of love with these two. It was sweet and I wanted them to have their HEA seems to me they both waited long enough for it.

Also the fact that Fred the Moose made an appearance well it was perfection.

I really enjoy Joan Delaware’s voice so more please!

I didn't look at the time length as I purchased this book. All her others have been around 9 hours. If feel ripped off as the cost was as much as the others. Still an enjoyable family saga, but next time I'll look at the length!

Too short

A sweet story. I loved the way the author wove the prior stories into this one to connect everything. However, maybe it was just me but the main characters were a little bit younger in this story than they were in the prior novels. Also, the dad came off as a nicer person in this book than he did in the prior books. I know it made for a more romantic story but it wasn't true to the characters. There were times that it was difficult to tell the difference between the voice of the main characters but overall the narrated did a good job.

I loved it!
