Yes, If you are considering using real estate as a method of retiring early, accumulating wealth, supplementing income, then this book would be worthwhile. I know that this book discusses a lot about multi units and appears to be directed to multi units that are over a couple of dozens. I personally still work in the residential multi units and one commercial multi unit and found that the advice on this is great. This book will surely pay itself off many times over as many others have done so for me in the past.

I don't like this book

it flat out sucks total waste of time. concepts are not what I was looking for

just covers basic concepts.

it does not cover the subject in detail. it is a book to recollect some of the business concepts.
