James Patterson writes a great story, but why can’t these narrators verify how to pronounce a name before they read an entire story mispronouncing it and driving the listener insane?

The plot was really good, but the accents and voices in the narration was a bit over the top and a little distracting.

Loved the story but over dramatic on reading. Didn’t have to be so dramatic took away from story. At end couldn’t wait for it to end. Trying too hard to create a connection between characters. Too late and way over the top

The book, as always when concerning James Patterson’s work, is excellent. However, the narration made me want to reconsider my Audible membership. Alex Cross IS NOT an illiterate southern hick and the children’s’ voices are like nails on a chalkboard. Additionally, Nana Mama is a well educated woman, not the old lady who owns Tweety Bird!
