my favorite go to for mindfulness

Jeremy is amazing. His voice is so soothing and his guided meditations are accessible and effective. There also are some meditations from a couple of other Move With teachers, Kilty and Peter, that are awesome. i will be returning to the present regularly and happy to understand that there'll be new classes domestically .

All I can say is wow! the primary thing that catches the attention is that the color, the gorgeous colors! i really like that there are recipes to follow which oils, herbs and crystal/stones are all aligned with the correlating chakra. you'll not be disappointed with this purchase 💖
