This book turned out to be a lot interesting and helpful than I thought. I often struggle with balancing my life out and am really stressed out all the time but I learned it doesn't have to be this way and I can live a fulfilling life. The author's chakras book and turned right to the sacral chakra. This is exactly what I needed to listen to. She tells in her chakra book about the essential oils, herbs, and crystals to go with each chakra and more. I 😍 the book and I take the classes she teaches. The author Holistic Healing class is the bomb!!! I just bought mine.
