They have a secret SS diary in hand that contains a map. And X marks the spot. Only problem is, some modern-day Nazis, the Ukraine war, and an incoming Russian tactical nuke are threatening their very existence.

Reading/listening to Vin Zandri’s Chase Baker series has had a prominent position on my reading list for quite a while. I’ve had all the books in the series waiting patiently in my kindle and audible library. The other day I decided I would listen to the latest, Chase Baker and the hunt for Nazi Gold. What an excellent decision to listen to the story narrated by virtual voice.

This story had plenty of action, several well-placed twists and characters who were believable and very human – a trait exhibited by their various personality faults.

I guess the time has come for me to focus on listening to or reading the rest of the series.

Strap in for a roller-coaster ride.
