Kaitlyn is a stunningly beautiful woman living an easy life alongside a loving but overly protective family. Although an effortless future was hers for the taking, she couldn’t ignore a nagging inner voice pushing her to embrace what the world had to offer away from her family ranch. Much to her family’s dismay, she left the safety of a planned life to embark on a journey of self-discovery. Putting her future in fate’s hands, she stuck a pin in a map and moved to a small Alaskan fishing village located on the edge of civilization.

While Kaitlyn was starting a life with no barriers, Blaez was on his own trek. He and several others from the wolf shapeshifter Daos race left their home hidden deep in the untamed wilderness to venture into the human world. As a pack Alpha, Blaez was expected to take a mate. After gathering supplies for the hard winter to come, he planned to meet a potential candidate from another Daos pack.

The human and shifter worlds collide in a twist of fate when Kaitlyn and Blaez’s paths unexpectedly cross. From the moment their eyes lock on each other, their seemingly boundless attraction instantly traps them in a bonding spell. Although the two races were never meant to mix, the couple’s rapidly growing out-of-control connection forces them to rip Kaitlyn from her human life. Without any time to prepare, she found herself in the magical land of the Daos.

Now trapped and unable to return to the world she knew, will Kaitlyn survive the fight for a future beside a man she doesn’t know in a world where she doesn’t belong, or will she die in the attempt?
