Narration is a distraction

This is an interesting and important message. As a physician, I agree that AI can be used as an effective support for much of our work. However, the author presents a very limited understanding of the real issues that complicate the practice of primary care and create barriers for patients in this country. AI is not going to make us all healthier and smarter —some of our patients lack wifi and electricity in their homes so AI is a bit irrelevant!
Finally, the authors self narration is a significant barrier. His diction and speech pattern is often difficult to understand (even in person when I have attended his plenary sessions), especially when recorded on whatever cheap microphone/sound recording system he used. It sounded like it was recorded in his bathroom with a cheap microphone. Ironically, this is a situation when an AI voice reader would have been a better choice for this audiobook.
