I am so impressed with this book!! Chef Ricardo is amazingly, gratefully inspiring. His writing is filled with so much Love and he cares about everyone. His life story is filled with hardships, but he has been such a trooper through it all. Chef Ricardo is one of my favorite people in the world. I found him on YouTube a few years ago and most of the time I watch his videos daily, unless I have family in town or something going on, but I always catch up. He is a true gem and I can’t wait for his next book. I see him as a Holistic Chef. His recipes are so easy and nutritious, and he truly cares about the health of everyone. I watched some of his tea and drink recipes on social media and him keep advertising his book so I figured there recipes in it and I was highly disappointed 😞 honestly. I was looking for the tea recipes to have on hand.
