Cherish Williamson seems to have it all. Three beautiful children, money and a home that many would kill for. The downside to it all is her husband, Darnell. Darnell is a former tight end for the Baltimore Ravens. They have been married for nearly ten years and it used to be beautiful. That was until Darnell’s true colors began to show. Cherish has to live her life in fear. She doesn’t know what will set her husband off on a physical rampage that not only affects her, but her children as well. His abuse is directed at her and the kids. They have to keep it to themselves because who would believe them? Darnell has pretty much bought Cherish’s family and their loyalty, so she and her kids are left to fight it alone. Then you have Dracy Davenport. He has retired from the streets with only a six-month stay in jail on his record. He has one son by his estranged wife Kalysha. She is currently pregnant and trying to pin the baby on him, but he isn’t going for it. He knew better than to get involved with the video vixen, but her body called him. Then he married the biggest hoe on the East Coast. He was set on giving up on women until he bumped into Cherish at McDonalds. There was instant chemistry, but both had situations that prevented them from taking things further. One night in the emergency room merges these two together. They try and heal each other while dealing with their pasts that are more connected than they realize.
