This circular tour begins at the Town Hall and continues along Northgate Street to the Cross, where the city's town criers welcome visitors during the summer. Explore the city's historic Rows and Chester's North American links. Walk down to the River Dee. Take in part of Chester's rich heritage along a stretch of the city walls, the Roman Gardens, and the amphitheatre. See and hear of the Eastgate Clock and Chester Cathedral in all their glory. Walk through Abbey Square along a section of the city walls to the King Charles Tower.
