What is the price that one must pay when seeking revenge in the lawless frontier land?

Christian Rays, haunted by memories of his parents’ tragic demise at the hands of notorious outlaw Edwin Crow, seeks solace in a life tarnished by loss. But when news spreads that Crow has been released from his prison confines, the wounds of Christian’s past reopen, fueling an unquenchable thirst for vengeance.

Crow, now free but destitute, forms a devious plan to rebuild his fortune – a daring bank heist that rattles the very foundations of Texas. The audacious crime sends shockwaves throughout the state, leaving a trail of chaos and bloodshed in its wake. As the law struggles to catch up with the cunning outlaw, Christian knows that the responsibility to bring justice lies squarely on his shoulders.

As Christian embarks on a perilous journey to hunt down the man who shattered his world, he has to confront his own demons, unearth buried secrets, and battle the moral turmoil that threatens to consume him.

As the final showdown between Christian and Crow looms, the lines between right and wrong blur.

Will Christian succumb to the darkness that fuels his quest, or will he find a way to emerge from the shadows of his past and embrace the true meaning of justice?

Note: Each novel in the Western Justice Adventures series is a standalone story, with sprinkles of romance, that can be read out of order.

I try not to be overly negative, but this book, along eith the 4 others i struggeled through by this author, really had no redeeming qualities. There are maybe three different personalities in all and they all seem to have a hyper-nieve, insecure, personality with little grasp of reality. The story is basically a daily introspective narrative with little actual story content. At one point I got bored and in the middle of a "shootout" and switched to another book. Author is clearly not familiar with his setting, the outdoors, the west, firearms, or animals. I almost feel bad being this negative, but its the truth. These books were probably each written in one sitting without even being proofread.

Awful is the most accurate word i can think of...
