Sweet and Gentle

This book is a quick listen with a number of spells for protection and to ward off harm of various sorts. It is thoughtful in how it tells you to proceed and in what situations this type of magic is helpful. Overall, I get the feeling like the author genuinely wants to assist what are likely to be new witches in feeling more empowered. Quite lovely!
