“THE WORST”

OMG This narration was the worst ever. The story was good but definitely needed another narrator

Different Narrators????

The story was great! Loved the premise and the writing. Both the Narrators seemed to be badly matched.

He was growly and occasionally over emphasized phrases, while she gave a very subtle reading. Gave it an unbalanced feel.

Need Better writing in the sex scenes

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Better Narrator the way Archie read the sex scenes was making me laugh and shake my head.
Better writing in the sex scene also, example you better fucking cum, terrible

Am I supposed to be laughing during the sexy times

I first read this book awhile back but while I'm working I will listen to audible. I have steadily been going through Nicole Snow's books. So it was this books turn. Seriously am I supposed to be laughing during the sex scenes? 🤔 because listening to the male narrator is hilarious. All his moaning, grunting and groaning especially when its his female's voice. I'm laughing just writing this thinking about it. I can ignore a lot when it comes to the narrators and I will here as well. But I'm sure Nicole didn't have laughter in mind while writing these scenes.

The one thing that irritates me now and also when I read the book was the way the H treats the h. Yeah I get war is horrible, I have a military brother, I dont want to experience it but that in no way justifies the way her treated her. Sometimes the h is tough about it but ultimately shes weak. He makes a phone call to his sister and BOOM it's all cleared up and they're making up. Man just once I'd love an author to just have the h be super strong. Yep I had sex with you, thanks for that, walk out leaving behind the douche and live her life. And since this is chick lit she'd of course find her perfect guy in the last few pages of the book. Sadly that never happens.

Is this worth a listen? I dont know, I'm easily entertained. Remember, I'm laughing through the sex scenes and I'm still listening.
