“We have this one chance,” Brucius told Sam. “If you can get him, if you can locate and extricate King Abdullah, then we can punish him. Justice will be served. We could stop the final world war. Find him, we'll try him and hang him. Don't, and we'll have to retaliate.”

The United States, stunned by the nuclear detonation in Washington, D.C., and further crippled by the EMP attack on the whole country, is on the brink of destruction. The unscrupulous leaders who have banded together to toss out the Constitution and divide the ruling of the world between themselves have all but achieved their objective.

But they haven't factored in one thing. They haven't considered the chance, however slight, that good people remain who will continue standing up for what they believe in. A daring plot to reinstate Brucius Marino to his rightful position as president of the United States, with an even more audacious plan to bring King Abdullah to justice—everything hinges on the courage and skill of Sara and Sam Brighton and their friends. The thrilling conclusion to The Great and Terrible series will keep you riveted to the very end!

I started reading these books several years ago. I couldn’t put them down. Then, the Books on CD came out, and I bought those. I bought extra sets to give to friends and family. Then, I started again, once more, listening to them on Audible. Chris Stewart is an amazing talent. If I could meet just one person before I leave this earth (I’m 77) 😃 — I would choose Chris Stewart. Also, the reader, Art Allen, is the BEST I have ever listened to. He makes the books come alive, and you feel as if you are part of the story! The story line is ‘timeless’. Starting in the Pre-Existence and ending around the time of the preparations for the Second Coming of the Savior. If you want a perfect description of Satan and his followers and how they seek to destroy lives — this is the series for you! Out of 10 stars — I give this Series 20!!! Thank you, Chris Stewart and Art Allen! You are quite the ‘team’!!! I am an avid reader of good books — this series is my Top Pick!!! 🍁🧡🍁 Lorna Lund

I love this series and when I could read a book without falling asleep, read it quite often. The battle between good and evil is gripping and real!

I purchased the series here but it this last book has, “this is the end of cd <1>; please insert cd <2> to continue.” That was really annoying.

Love the story; the breaks were annoying

Do not waste a credit on this sixth part of a six part series. I'm very mad that I spent six credits listening to each of six books that are part of one complete volume that was released later. (Wrath and Righteousness.) Buy the completed book with all six parts (with improvements) included intstead.

Don't waste credit. Buy the later release with all six parts included intstead.

This review is for the entire 6 Volume set. I finished Vol. 6 today. Overall, I enjoyed the storyline, but there was way too much of Satan and his dark angels. I would get bad feelings as these segments went on and on. In the later volumes, I just fast forwarded thru these segments because they made me feel so bad. Also, you killed off too many good people, that could have just as well lived and not changed the story. (Although the Bono ending took me by surprise). There were many great spiritual events though, and that alone made me want to download and enjoy all the volumes and listen to the whole series. I am LDS, as I understand the writer is also, so the happy spiritual events were great, however other listeners that may not be as familiar with our faith may get lost at times. Also, you never said who the "old man" was supposed to be? In the early volumes, I thought him as one of Satan's angels, but volume 6 dispelled this thought.

Too much from the Dark Side
